Company Email Address*

Need a business email address that matches your website domain name?  Our Company Email Address service will do just that.  Stop using gmail addresses to send emails to your customers.  Plus, we’ll ensure your DNS records are set up correctly to ensure your emails get delivered and provide you with a professional email signature to use companywide. (Additional Costs May apply if using our email servers)

Company Phone Number*

Need a Company Phone Number for your business?  We’ll purchase a local or toll free phone number which can be used to forward phone calls to your cell phone or another phone system.  This is not a phone system, simply a phone number to use as your main advertised business phone number.  If you’re interested in setting up a full scale VOIP phone system, please reach out to us with your custom request.

Domain Research

Need an epic domain name for your new business website?  Suffari’s domain name research service goes far beyond choosing a domain name.  We start off with full domain name research to provide you with a list of at least 20 available domain names with the focus on matching your brand name or something similar if available.  E.g. “brandname.com”.  Once we've found an available matching brand domain name, we do thorough research to ensure no one has used it in the past with a tarnished domain name reputation.  We like to also consider any existing backlink profiles, domain age, and check to ensure the domain name is not included on any email spam lists.  What we'll need from you are any ideas you is your company name or brand name, industry, domain name ideas, and words you'd like to include if available.

EIN Number

An EIN Number, also known as your Federal Tax ID number is required for business taxes, opening a business bank account, and getting merchant processing for your business.  This service completes the EIN Number registration form and we’ll provide you with an EIN Number and a copy of your EIN Certificate which you’ll need when applying for banking and merchant processing.  As a sole proprietor, you can use your social security number as your EIN but it is not recommended as you’ll need to provide that to 3rd parties.  It’s best practice to always get an EIN number.  If you are any other entity type other than a Sole Proprietor such as a corporation or an LLC, an EIN Number is required. What we'll need from you is your registered Corporate Entity Name, Entity Type, State of Formation, Company Address, Company Phone Number, and your Registered Agent's contact information.

Entity Formation

Need help setting up an LLC, corporation, or Partnership in a specific state?  We’ll fill out and provide you with all the necessary documentation to sign and send in or if entity registration is available online, we can do that for you provided you’ve given us the information to complete the application.  Understanding the correct entity type is essential when forming your corporate entity and we’re glad to answer any questions you may have or provide you with the necessary online resources to make an informed decision.  We will also research your proposed Entity Name to ensure it’s available within that state.  As an added precaution, we’ll also research similar entity names to ensure someone in the present or past has not tarnished a name that can be confused with the entity name you propose prior to registration.  This will ensure you don’t start off with a name that customers may mistake with another unreputable business.  What we'll need from you is your preferred Corporate Entity Name, Entity Type, State of Formation, Company Address, Company Phone Number, and the Registered Agent's contact information.

Logo Design

Need a new logo or a redesign.  Our graphic designers will create several new concepts with unlimited revisions. What we’ll need from you are the type of logo, preferred colors, your industry, and any examples of logos or styles you like. What we'll need from you is the Type of Logo you'd like us to design, Preferred Colors, Industry, any ideas you have, and upload examples of you'd like yours to be similar to.

Domains

Suffari’s Domain services are the starting point for every new brand and website.  Below are several domain name services we offer free of charge within your plan’s monthly work hours. You can also purchase these individually to ensure there’s ample time to complete them without taking away from necessary website management and digital marketing monthly tasks. 

Create Subdomain

A subdomain is a prefix that's added to a domain name to create a separate section of a website.  Subdomains can be used to install a new application while keeping your existing branding or used to protect your email sending domain reputation if you’re sending newsletters or bulk email marketing.  Some examples of subdomains are portal.suffari.com, where we’ve installed a client portal, and i.suffari.com which we use to send our newsletters from using the email address [email protected].

Subdomains, although sharing the main domain name, are considered different sites. By using a subdomain, you can separate other content to protect your websites overall SEO structure and when emailing protect your domain name reputation.  For example, if someone marks your email as Spam when sending from i.suffari.com, it will not affect your suffari.com domain reputation so emails sent from [email protected], where only important emails like contracts and client communication are sent from, won't be negatively affected.  What we'll need from you is the name of your desired subdomain and the purpose of it, we’ll set up your subdomain and all of the proper DNS records to ensure your website, application, or email operates correctly.

DNS Setup

We’ll configure your DNS records to ensure your website loads correctly and your emails records are set up correctly to ensure the best chance of deliverability without getting flagged as spam.  DNS stands for Domain Name System, and it's a protocol that translates domain names into IP addresses. DNS is a vital part of the internet, allowing users to type domain names into their browsers instead of memorizing IP addresses for each website. 

Here's how DNS works: DNS works by mapping domain names to IP addresses through a hierarchy of authority. There are several types of DNS servers that work together to translate domain names into IP addresses.

1. User enters a domain name - A user types a domain name, such as "suffari.com", into a web browser. 

2. DNS server is queried - The browser queries a DNS server to find the IP address for the domain name. 

3. DNS server responds - The DNS server responds with the IP address for the domain name. 

4. Web page loads - The browser uses the IP address to load the web page.

Transfer Domain*

Need to transfer your domain to another domain registrar like GoDaddy?  No problem.  We’ll get your domain name transferred to wherever you’d like including our Free domain registrar GoDaddy account which is included in all website management plans.  What we'll need from you to transfer a domain are the logins for both your current domain registrar and the one you'd like it moved to. If someone else currently owns the domain, you'll need to provide us with the domain name transfer authorization code.

*If you’ve participated in our Free Custom Website program and you’re still in the first year contract and we purchased the domain name for you, this service will not be available until your 1-year agreement has been fulfilled which happens at the end of your first year or by paying for the first year’s services. 

Ecommerce

3D Digital Product Image

Having professional digital product images separates your online shop from the mom and pop stores.  Bring your brand to the next level with professionally designed Digital 3D Product Images.  These images can be isolated on a transparent background or added to a podium or scene.  What we’ll need from you is an image of the product, a copy of the label artwork file to digitally wrap around the digital product image, and any additional requests you have. 

What we'll need from you: Upload an image of your product. Upload image file of your label artwork. And tell us your desired image size in px or inches, the Image Dimensions (length x width), File format (png, jpg, webp), and if you'd like a transparent background or your product put in a scene or on a podium.

Abandoned Cart Emails

Ready to drive up your sales?  Let Suffari setup high-converting Abandoned Cart Email follow ups.  An abandoned cart is when a customer adds a product to the cart and either you currently have the customer's email or it’s been captured in the checkout process they did not complete.  Once the potential customer does not complete the checkout, they’re cart is deemed abandoned.  Then, after a set period of time we’ll automatically send several abandoned cart emails where the customer can click a button to get back to their checkout page with everything still in their cart for an easy transition. 

To better understand how powerful these emails are, a normal company email notification has around a 10%-20% open rate.  Abandoned cart emails are opened around 40% of the time with around 20% of those clicking through to complete the transaction.  Do the math and count the $$$.  If you’ve got an ecommerce website and don’t have abandoned cart emails setup, let Suffari handle it for you.  Plus, if we’ve built your website in High Level, we’ll supercharge your emails to get an even higher CTR.

Clean Email List*

Do you have scraped data, purchased lists, or existing subscriber lists that you need cleaned before sending an email campaign?  If so, our email list cleaning service will check your data for spam traps, bad emails, mailbox full accounts, catchalls, and other risky emails by checking 8 types of email verification metrics. You’ll be provided with a list of cleaned data and separated risky data to use at your discretion.  

*Maximum of 2,000 contacts to clean per month free of charge included in your plan hours.  Higher volumes (unlimited) can be purchased for an additional fee.

Create Autoresponder

Custom autoresponders can be set up on your email platform to match almost any condition.  These can be used for out of office notifications or with marketing follow ups to automate communication steps.  Submit a work request with the Reason for autoresponder, Message to include in the autoresponder, additional rules, and filter criteria.

Create Email Address*

If you need an additional email address for a new employee or specific email marketing campaign, this service is for you.  We’ll create your email and include a custom company signature for this new email account. Here's what we'll need from you: Email Platform (Gsuite, Gmail, Siteground, HighLevel, etc.), main domain or subdomain, new email address, forwarding rules, or other customizations.

Fix Email Deliverability

Are your emails all going to spam?  If so, we’ll gladly fix that for you by ensuring the correct spf, DKIM, and dmarc records are configured correctly.  Then, we’ll check both your sending domain name and sending server IP address with all spam databases to see if they’re showing up on any spam lists.  If we find that’s the case, we’ll advise you of some possible solutions or alternative actions to fix this.  Lastly, we’re happy to show you some online tools to use to check the content of your emails for spam keywords, which are especially important when sending bulk emails or large list newsletters.  By improving the content of your emails, you can further improve your email deliverability to avoid being flagged as spam.   If you have existing email subscriber lists, it’s also recommended to use our Email List Cleaning service at least every 6 months and add features to your website signup forms which can help block bad email addresses before they get added to your email subscriber lists.

Forward Emails

Our Forward Emails service helps route inbound emails from one account to another to streamline operations or help transition communications from a previous employee to another, in which case we also recommend letting us set up an email autoresponder on the old account. Please provide us with the Email Address to forward from, the Email Address to forward to, and whether it's a permanent or temporary forward.

Newsletter Subscribe Form

If you use either an internal database on your website to send weekly email newsletters or a 3rd party EMA (Email Marketing Application) such as MailChimp, we'll add a "Subscribe to our Weekly Newsletter" form on your website and connect it to your preferred email marketing application so you can grow your subscriber list.

Submit this work request at least 2 days in advance and we'll send an Email Newsletter to your subscribers using your existing Email Marketing Application (EMA) like MailChimp, Constant Contact, or High Level. Please fill in the "How can we help you?" box of the Work Request From with the purpose of this newsletter (e.g. Sale, Holiday, or just a regular weekly newsletter and we'll do the rest) and any specific updates, coupon codes, announcements, or other verbiage you'd like us to include. In most email newsletters, we'll include a simple announcement, your 2-3 most recent blog posts, a custom banner image, and if you sell products or services some sort of coupon or special to help generate business and increase website traffic. As part of this service, we'll also scan, remove, and replace any common Spam Keywords that trigger your emails to go to the spam folder. Backlinks*

Backlinks are an essential part of SEO and are the bread and butter of offsite SEO tactics. A backlink is a link from an article located on anther website that links back to your website. However, not all backlinks are created equal. 1 quality backlink outweighs 1,000 low quality backlinks. Backlinks are an additional service that must be purchased as they require us to reach out and compensate 3rd party website owners to post our SEO optimized articles on their blog or website. These articles include a link attached to a strategic anchor text linking back to a targeted page on your website. At Suffari, each backlink will be from a website with a Domain Rating (DR) of at least 40, will never be on a subdomain, and will always include a piece of written content with an anchor text linking to your website. Most SEO companies charge $300-$750 per backlink. At Suffari, we charge $250 per backlink as an additional monthly service $499/month. It's recommended to add at least 2 backlinks per month to your website for optimal organic keyword rankings. This can increase depending on the competition within your industry or target keywords.

Complete Site Audit

There are 3 things you have to do to rank on Google.  Google needs to love your site which means it’s technically sound, error free, and easy to understand.  The rest of the world must also love your site and this is shown by other websites linking back to your website.  And finally, customers must interact with your website. SEO Content Strategy

An SEO Content Strategy is the most important task for a website’s existing and future content.  It consists of setting target keywords to rank for on every page, blog post, and product.  By doing this in advance, or at the earliest possible time, you will have a roadmap for your future blog posts and any internal links from one page to another.  You will also avoid canonicalization which is when two pages are competing for the same keyword.  Creating a true SEO Content Strategy is time consuming but well worth the investment.  At Suffari, we’ll always incorporate this into your monthly management plan for the immediate content.   However, it’s much more effective planning out content for the next 6 months to a year.  It's recommended that you purchase this separately in the beginning so the entire year of content is planned out. Local SEO is a combination of localized website content, backlinks with localized anchor texts, directory submissions, and Google Business profile optimizations.  If you run a local business, this will be a priority of ours as it’s one of the most effective ways to drive traffic locally. What we'll need from you is a list of all your services, every location (city, zip codes) you service, and all of your company contact information (must match your GMB) including social media accounts.

Onsite SEO

Suffari’s Onsite SEO services include a comprehensive search engine optimization of your website where we’ll address all website errors, crawling issues, add a sitemap, ensure proper indexing, setup Google analytics and Search Console, optimize the content for target keywords, add internal links, create a proper site structure and hierarchy, perform speed optimization, and ensure that the optimal Meta Data is listed on every page, just to list a few.  Without this information, Google will not be able to properly understand what your website is about.  We do this automatically as part of our monthly website management services on any of our plans as it is the foundation for success on all websites. SMS Verification (10DLC)

In 2022, the FCC, also known as the Federal Communications Commission, along with U.S. carriers enacted 10DLC registration to combat spam SMS messages to improve the reliability of business SMS communications.  If your business sends text messages to customers or markets to subscribers using SMS marketing, you’re now required to register both your phone number and each type of SMS campaign use case or phone carriers will block your messages.  This process can take several weeks and may even take a few attempts as both the wording of your examples and the newly required disclosures on your website have to be perfect.  So, it’s important to get started right away if you plan on sending marketing messages, order notifications, or 2FA messages via SMS.  Part of this registration requires your corporate entity information and EIN Number.  Registrations are done either through High Level or through an SMS gateway like Twilio.
