Website Management: Website Management Monthly allotted work hours are as follows. Our first priority is to ensure your website is running smoothly with no issues. We prioritize the website management tasks. Then, with the remaining hours we focus on your digital marketing requests. Managed platforms like High Level, Shopify, and Wix, that do not need updating like WordPress does for example, will allow for more time on digital marketing. Estimates can be provided during your initial consultation. Monthly work hours include website management services, digital marketing services, and all client communication. Monthly meetings are optional upon request but will take away from the work time. Client updates will be provided as work is done via the communication channel of your choice.

Client Support: Custom work requests can be submitted through our website's work request form. Support is provided via phone or SMS. We do not provide real time email support. Email correspondence from clients will be checked during work hours once per day. Terms and conditions apply.

With the remaining time, we’ll write new content, do onsite SEO, add customizations, send newsletters, integrate your CRM, manage your Google Business listing, post on social media, or anything else you'd like us to do. It can be the same tasks or something different every month depending on what your business needs. If you need it done. We'll do it. You’ll always get your money’s worth and continue to grow. Plus, if we run out of hours one month and you need some extra web development, you can order additional hours anytime at a fair price. And if an emergency pops up, and you’ve already used up your monthly work hours, we’ll take care of it immediately and bill you once complete so there’s no down time.
